Inside should be a file called "vehiclelist.lst" First, go into the bootfiles folder and navigate to the "vehicles" folder. Most cars will come with a readme that will provide additional info as well as some crucial things for getting the mods to load. Open up the archive containing the car you want to install and place the folder within in your "MODS" folder. There are a few extra things you need to do to get the cars to be drivable in game. Installing cars is not as straightforward as adding them to your "MODS" folder and enabling them.
